is no explanation to this madness of rising prices above the national
averages. Research the papers, listen to the news, Cape Coral is
exploding with all types of opportunities.
Here is a general rule
of thumb to go by:
If you are looking to purchase ASAP, begin
working with me now.
This may take 30-60 days between finding a
property and closing.
If you need to sell your property to
purchase, the same rule applies.
If you are considering purchasing
6 months or more you need to step back and contact me at least 3 months
before you are ready.
My best advice to you is to stay in tune
with the areas you are interested in through my internet site. Having a
realtor send you listings that you are not going to buy now is not helping
you at all because when your are ready to buy you are going to be sticker
shocked.
