Is the market going to get lower?
That's seems to be the biggest question buyer's ask themselves today. Is the market going to get lower? Will I be able to buy cheaper if I wait? What do you think?
Theses are very good questions to ask your agent. Yes the market may go lower.
No, I don't think you will be able to buy cheaper.
Let me explain. The questions you are asking yourself right now are the exact same questions sellers are asking. With this said this gives you better negotiating power. Sellers that want to sell are going to do what it takes to sell their property. Fake sellers as I call them will not negotiate at all in any market. They are just throwing their property out there to see what the market will bring them.
Investors and smart buyers know that in a buyers market this is the time to buy and negotiate price.
Sellers market they sell for the highest return.
Buying real estate and playing Russian roulette usually backfires on the majority of Buyers. By the time you wait until the market hits bottom, it's too late to negotiate.
Imagine everyone trying to get though the door at once. With this scenario it becomes a sellers market again.
My recommendation is that you have the best bargaining power available to you right now. Don't let it slip away from you.
